Lost orders
If your tracked Xpresspost shipment doesn't move for 4+ business days, contact us. After Canada Post confirms loss, we'll re-ship at no cost.
Damaged orders
Take photos of the package and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We'll replace damaged items or refund.
Wrong item
Got the wrong product? Don't open the affected item — message us and we'll arrange a replacement.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before payment is sent. Once your order has shipped, cancellation isn't possible.
