Why grades exist

Canada doesn’t have an official grading body, so dispensaries use a letter system to communicate quality at a glance. AA is the budget tier, AAA is premium, and AAAA (Quad-A) is top-shelf.

AA — Budget weed

Lower trichome coverage, less bag appeal, but solid for joints and edibles. Often the best per-gram value when you don’t need showpiece buds.

AAA — Premium

Dense, well-trimmed buds with strong terps and a clean burn. Most of our top sellers sit in this tier.

AAAA — Quad-A

Frosty, hand-trimmed, full-spectrum nose. Top-shelf in every sense — saved for connoisseurs and gifts.
