At BulkBuddy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cannabis products we have strict policies in place to ensure safety, compliance, and fairness for all customers.
Final Sale Policy
All cannabis products sold on BulkBuddy are final sale. For health, safety, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (product, packaging, and shipping box)
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund
Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Lost Packages
All orders are shipped discreetly and tracked. If your package is marked as delivered by Canada Post but cannot be located, please contact us immediately. In cases of confirmed loss, shipping insurance (if selected) will apply.
Shipping Issues
BulkBuddy is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued as:
- Store credit, or
- Original payment method (when applicable)
Processing times may vary depending on payment type.
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect product selection
- Packages seized or delayed due to incorrect address information
- Orders where payment was not completed correctly
